Let me share my svn st with everyone:

joey@dragon:~>svn st
X .hide
X .plus
X doc
X src
X html
X lib
X bin
X mail

Performing status on external item at .plus

Performing status on external item at mail

Performing status on external item at html

Performing status on external item at html/mooix.net

Performing status on external item at doc

Performing status on external item at lib
X lib/debian
M lib/vmware/linux/linux.cfg

Performing status on external item at lib/debian

Performing status on external item at src
X src/debhelper
X src/mooix
M src/Words2Nums/samples
X src/packages/uqm-music
X src/packages/uqm
X src/packages/uqm-voice
X src/packages/uqm-content

Performing status on external item at src/packages/uqm-music

Performing status on external item at src/packages/uqm

Performing status on external item at src/packages/uqm-voice

Performing status on external item at src/packages/uqm-content

Performing status on external item at src/debhelper

Performing status on external item at src/mooix
M src/mooix/NEWS

Performing status on external item at .hide

Performing status on external item at bin

50 lines of output for 3 changed files!

I know quite well what parts of the tree have externals without the
constant reminders, and it can really be rather annoying to see all the
excess verbiage when I'm really interested only in the few real changes
in the tree.
