Hmm, that's probably because it is by far the most preferred version. But
the actual requirement is 4.0.14, 4.1.25 (if there's no 4.0.14 for your system)
or 4.2.52. The actual order of preference is:

- 4.2.52
- 4.0.14
- 4.1.25

Since 4.2.52 has automatic log file removal built in, it takes away a
crucial admin task. It also seems very stable. That's why it is preferred over the
other two versions.
