I think that they are delaying the upgrade to handle just one
dump/reload, instead of two (remember, there was an fs change after
0.33). Once libapr (actually apache2) has been recompiled against
libdb4.2 (dunno what is mandating this dependency...), I guess it'll
take very little to package 0.3[5-9]...
