Concerning this new section I think it'll be nice to add a couple of
thing. First of all I think it'll be nice to write (or put in an
example) that you can revoke the permission with a "user = " in the
access file.

Next I've done some testing with apache's mod_auth_anon and it seems to
work fine with mod_authz_svn. So the last sentence ("As a workaround,
you might want to create a "guest" user with read-access
to your repository, and announce the account to the general public.")
could be completed with something like: " or configure Apache
mod_auth_anon module which provide a pseudo-anonymous access very
similar to anonymous ftp".
