Sorry if I confused anyone with my previous message. When I said that both
Tortoise and SVN were at the latest versions, I didn't realize that SVN had
an update (0.34) this month. I'm running the 0.33.1 SVN and the 22.1
Tortoise. The Tortoise client runs perfectly, it's just that I can't use the
SVN client after using the Tortoise client.
