Depending on the hardware & OS used, any of the these could probably beat the others. If someone
wants to compare SVN vs CVS vs Perforce, I would hope that they would do this on a variety of
equipment and OS setups because each of these have slightly different bottlenecks and improving
the performance of the bottlenecked area (disk, CPU, LAN speed, etc...) could easily change the results.
