Yup... At least me....

I already posted here the same problems. Follow small thread
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=users&msgNo=1881

To me it appears this is not just limited to windows.

I yet do not have the slightest clue whats going on. svnadmin recover just
helps for 1 or 2 checkouts. Maybe this is related to issues 1499,1429 and
1490. But I am not the expert to the internals of subversion, maybe someone
else can confirm that this is related to it or not. 1499 at least appears
to be scheduled for 0.31 which should be out tomorrow,
at least what I can read from the status page of subversion

The other issues appear to be scheduled for 0.32, where (at present) is no
release date listed. I hope this will be soon.

I yet cannot use svn for my work because of this and some cvs2svn issues...
*sigh*

Roland, hoping for fast 0.31/0.32
