The graphical tree may come in time from additional tools that can cross
index subversion. Subversion in its design supersedes any need for
tracking all copies of a current file. What you are asking for is a
spanning tree.

metasvn may provide this at some point. Currently, metasvn is still
forming. It will run on top of subversion to provide centralized
administration and querying initially of managed repositories, and
hopefully later, mining of the actual repositories.

Lastly, you might want to check out RapidSVN, and TortoiseSVN.
