There has always been a problem using directories with lots of entries
over ra_dav. Things are getting better, issue 773 has been fixed so
the server memory use is under control, but issue 1492 is still open.
The PROPFIND on a large directory can take a long time, and what's
worse is that it doesn't scale very well.
