I can't be sure, but this looks like your internet-connection times out
and requires re-connecting before everything works properly again. Maybe
you're connecting via VPN?

You can try configuring a pre-connect hook:

Settings dialog->hook scripts:

This will make TSVN to call the ConnectVPN.exe tool before every command
that requires network access.
The ConnectVPN tool re-connects to your VPN automatically, but does
nothing if you're already connected.

Maybe that helps.
