Bug, TortoiseMerge: Double-click to select and then highlight text copies incorrectly

From: Patrick Quirk <pjquirk_at_gmail.com>
Date: Mon, 22 Aug 2016 09:40:06 -0400

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use TortoiseMerge to view the diff of a changed text file.
2. In either pane, double-click on any word and then drag the mouse to the
left to select content to the left (both the double-clicked word and
content to the left should be selected). This is done by holding the mouse
button down on the second click of the double-click, then dragging to
extend the selection.
3. Copy the selected text to the clipboard, using any of CTRL+C, the
ribbon, or context menu.
4. In Notepad, paste the clipboard contents.

What should happen:
All of the selected text -- the double-clicked word and text to the left --
should be pasted.

What happens:
Only the text to the left of the double-clicked word is pasted.
