Feature Request: Copy URL of specific version to clipboard

We work very often wir references to files in a specific revision to be referenced in various systems (Requirements Engineering tools etc).

So it would be very helpful to have a context menu entry which copies the URL of the specific revision of a file to the clipboard:
* in Explorer: the reference to the specific revision which is represented by the working copy.
* in Repo browser file log: URL of the selected revision.
