Folder mark as modified when open windows file

Hello,
I have a new problem on Windows 10 with latest version of tortoise SVN (TortoiseSVN 1.9.2, Build 26806 - 64 Bit) :
If I open a doc (or excel) file within a folder, and then close it (without any change), the folder is marked "modified" (exclamation mark) and remains "modified" until I do a SVN cleanup on the folder. If I "check for modification", SVN shows "no modification".
I had not this issue on older Windows version.
This happens on several computers.
