TSVN 1.9.x in RepoBrowser view of Repository collection is not possible

Till latest releases of TortoiseSVN ist was possible to view the Repository collction on an SVN Path (in my case the path ist http:/svn/svn)
Since Version 1.9.0 this list isn't available in RepoBrowser. It says "Redirect cycle detected on URL 'http://svn/svn'"
Google says that, maybe, our Apache Server is not well configured, but as it's worked in v1.8.x i assume that it will work in v1.9.x too.
Is this a bug or what can i do to get the collection view working?
Actual i have v1.9.1 installed.
