I can not reproduce this: urls with spaces in them work just fine for me.

In your url that doesn't work:
* in which part of the url is the space? (domain, before svn root, after
svn root, ...)
* no changes are shown: are there even changes to show? What would those
changes be?
* if you click on the project, does the log show then?
