Using templates is just another work-around...
According to § 4.4.4 of the TortoiseSVN 1.8 help, there ARE situations where templates are not the perfect solution. I'm encoutering such situations. The 'ignore-on-commit' changelist is a great feature, but this is a client-side story. I'd appreciate a server-side solution. That's why I'm requesting that property...
