TSVN doesn't create them, Subversion does, so they are *nix shell
scripts. I guess we could put more samples somewhere else, like in the
TSVN installation directory, but I don't think we can easily add them
to the repo on creation.

In any case, TSVN is a client and these hooks are server side.
