Tortoise 1.8.13 MSI os64Bits installer Failed

Hi all,

After many test, it appear that MSI 64Bits (FR) is corrupted or incompatible with Windows 8.2.

I've retry the msi 1.8.11 to confirm that the previous installer running perfectly.

Have you a solution or possibility to rebuild this MSI and validate under windows 8.2 ?
