Current version file out of date?

From: Bennett, Andrew <ABennett_at_nhsonline.org>

I noticed from tortoisesvn.net that 1.8.11 has been out since March 31st, even though my local client still reports that 1.8.10 is the latest version. Reviewing the source, it appears the current version is fetched from this location:

http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/version.txt

This file currently reads:

1.8.10.26129
A new version of TortoiseSVN is available. Please go to http://tortoisesvn.net to get it.
