Remove local folders after losing access rights

A user loses access rights to a specific folder.
I removed his access using the collabnet access rules.
The I deleted the files in his local sandbox.
However, when I update the project, or revert the folder, or cleanup the folder to remove unversioned files, the files are always restored.

How can I remove from the folder from the users local sandbox.
I'm using TortoiseSVN as Windows Client.

Is there a way to enforce this with the access rules?
eg: if read access is lost, then the local sandbox is automatically cleaned (except the locally changed or unversioned files off course)
