Error message "Unsupported skel POST request flavor" when using SVN proxy with mixed server/client versions 1.7/1.8

<div><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">TortoiseSVN Client 1.8 -> SVN Proxy server 1.8 -> SVN server 1.7</span></div>

<div><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">Strangely enough, this configuration actually works:</span></div>
<div><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">TortoiseSVN Client 1.7 -> SVN Proxy server 1.8 -> SVN server 1.7</span></div>

<div><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">So the configurations just differs in the client version of TortoiseSVN where the newer version doesn't work.</span></div>
