TSVN doesn't detect that my WC is out of sync w/ my RC

Hi. May or may not be relevant (to the problem and/or the solution): I was recently infected by malware; reputedly clean now. However, one of my working copy folders is missing 107 files! These are still in the repo, thank goodness, but TortoiseSVN is indicating that the WC folder is "green." What's the "right" way to correct this, without losing any unchecked in changes in my WC? Thanks!
