Feature request: add Thumbs.db to global ignore pattern by default

Pretty much the first thing I do when installing TortoiseSVN on mine or any other user's PC is add this to the global ignore pattern.

Is there any reason why it can't be there by default?

OS X's .DS_Store files are added to this list automatically and they're basically the Mac equivalent of Thumbs.db
