Settings dialog->Icon Overlays->Show overlays and context menu only in
explorer

if you activate that checkbox, the TSVN shell extension checks the name
of the process it is loaded into, and if that process is not
"explorer.exe" then refuses to be activated.
Can't really prevent the dll from getting loaded by another process, but
at least this way the dll usually gets unloaded again right away.
