No automatic language pack installation via GPO in Win7/2008R2

Hi folks,

I have got a lot of trouble to get the language pack (German
LanguagePack_1.8.2.24708-x64-de.msi) installed correctly using a GPO.
The MSI package deployment of the main program works (TortoiseSVN 1.8.2) pretty
well. The language pack doesn't.

Installing the language pack manually by using the network shared directory
(link) everything works fine.

Please tell me an advise to cover the issue.
