Drag+drop doesn't work after pressing enter in repo browser

I'm on Windows 7 x64, and I tested on the latest nightly.

TortoiseSVN 1.7.99, Build 24122 - 64 Bit -dev, 2013/04/20 07:29:46

Steps to reproduce:
* Open the repo browser to a repository
* Left click drag a folder to prove it works (press esc to cancel)
* Click in the right pane
* Use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate to a folder
* Press enter to open the folder
* Left click drag a folder again
* Result: you get the "no move" circle with slash icon when you drag.

It seems that drag and drop is disabled (in both panes) after you press
enter, until you close and reopen the repo browser.

Is this a bug?
