Installer dialogue 'Files in Use' appears twice

Hi,

the "File in Use"-dialogue reappears for me when I choose "Do not close the
applications. A reboot might be required." After the second time, it
disappears, and installation continues as expected.

I've had this issue for quite a while with the TortoiseSVN installer.
Since it had not been fixed by the most recent version, I thought I might
ask for advice to see if this is an issue on my machine or something
general.

I installed TortoiseSVN-1.7.10.23359-x64-svn-1.7.7.msi on a 64bit windows
7 as a user with admin rights.
An earlier version of TortoiseSVN exists.

Sorry in case this issue has been treated before here; I used the search
both in the mailing list archieves and in the changelog, but did not find
anything related.

Thanks and best regards,

Michael
