Merge tracking in the revision graph

I'm trying to find a solution that will show me merges in a revision graph.

TortoiseSVN doesn't do it currently, but apparently there was once an
issue for it, which has since disappeared:

I've seen target versions from 1.6 through 1.8, but I cannot find the
actual issue to verify any of these.

When is this feature targeted for implementation? Is there a new issue
for it or has it been lost?

In the meantime, I've tried finding alternate solutions.

Subclipse's revision graph almost works, but since it only shows
revisions which directly touch a file, it does not show the "merge
from" revisions for directories, and therefore cannot show the merge
arrows for directories, making it almost useless for me.

Subversive does not seem to work with 1.7 formatted working copies yet
for some reason.

SVNMap throws an exception at startup.

Is there an alternate 3rd-party client or plugin for TortoiseSVN or
Eclipse which will give me merge tracking in a revision graph?
