TortoiseSVN 1.7.8 released

We're proud to announce that TortoiseSVN 1.7.8 has been released.
It is linked against Subversion 1.7.6

We fixed again a lot of bugs (64!) in TortoiseSVN this time, mostly
thanks to the many crash reports that were sent.
