Icons disappear after moving .svn. Bug?

Hi,
I have a project D:\project, one day i moved D:\project\.svn to D:\.svn, a moment later i moved D:\.svn back to D:\project\.svn,then i found icons disappear(all projects in D:),and never show again,i tried to reinstall tortoisesvn,but not fix.
The Status cache is Default.

version:
TortoiseSVN 1.7.7, Build 22907 - 64 Bit , 2012/05/15 12:16:05
system:win7 64bit
