Tortoise-Diff opens OpenOffice for *.docx documents

Hello,
I have installed both software (OpenOffice and MS Office) at my computer.
Furthermore I am using SVN with Tortoise SVN as my SVN client. When I try to recognize differences between two versions of an MS Office 2010 document (format: *.docx) I want to have that MS Office displayed the differences between the two versions of the document. But Tortoise SVN opens OpenOffice and not MS Office.
The default program to read and write *.docx documents is MS Office in my Windows 7 operating system.
What do you recommend to do to get the wished behavior?
