It is not clear, especially to new users who would need a graphical way to use SVN.
There should not be ads for a spyware _download_ managers on the tortoisesvn _download_ page. I think that is pretty self explanatory.
Please look at how confusing this screen capture is for the actual download page for this project. It is quite hilariously infuriating.
