Yes, the x64 installer also installs the 32-bit shell extension.
But no, it's not possible to install the 32-bit version on an x64 OS:
the msi installer is set up so that this only shows an error.
Because that's the only way to avoid the many, many, many posts on this
list stating that the context-menu/overlay icons are not there even
after installing TSVN several times.
