I'm pretty sure starting with TSVN 1.7.0 the 64-bit installer installs both the 64-bit and 32-bit version... so you will see overlays in both 64-bit and 32-bit apps.

You can install the 32-bit version only, but it won't work in 64-bit apps... namely explorer.

Why would you not want the 64-bit version?
