my right click context menus more or less went away. I still have the
"TortoiseSVN" right click, but my options are "Settings", "Help", and
"About" ... all the other context menus I have chosen don't show up. How do
I get these to show up? If they aren't there, it defeats the purpose of the
tool.

Two possibilities:
1. Try installing again (choose repair install)
2. The working copies need to be upgraded to a new format. Go to the root
of your working copy and select ' upgrade working copy'
