Misleading ads on TortoiseSVN download page, should be blocked

There's an advertiser putting ads on the TortoiseSVN download page, which are clearly designed to confuse people into accidentally installing their spammy "Download Manager" instead of TortoiseSVN.

The program generates lots of popup ads & resets browser home page settings etc. Basically all the standard scum-sucking spammer tactics.

I noticed that the "Download" link was an ad and managed to find the correct download links at the bottom of the page, but one of my colleagues was a bit less sharp and had to use System Restore to get rid of the download manager that he accidentally installed.

I've attached a screenshot of the ad. I think the Tortoise team should block that advertiser from their pages, if possible. If you can't block specific advertisers, at least put a big frame labelled "ADVERTISEMENT" around the ad-space to make it harder for advertisers to look like the actual download buttons.
