SVN crashing in windows 7.

Hi,

I have upgraded svn from 1.6.7 to latest version 1.7.5. I have followed the instruction to install new version. After installation, did repair as suggested on download page. I am getting following error when I run any svn tools ( including Help and About). Here is the screen shot of the error.

After this error , I uninstalled svn, rebooted the system and installed it again. But error remains same.
