There shouldn't be any problem with having TSVN 1.7.x and commandline svn 1.6.x installed at the same time. However, that may not accomplish what you want (depending on exactly what it is you want to do :). Since 1.6.x and 1.7.x working copies aren't compatible with each other, you won't be able to use TSVN 1.7.x on the same working copy that you're using with the product that has the built-in interface to 1.6.x. If you only want to use TSVN with working copies that are separate from the 1.6.x working copies, things should work fine.
