Lock sign not available in Windows 7

Hi!

I have been using Tortoise under Windows 7, and when I "Get Lock" on a file, the lock sign does not appear, but the permissions are ok. I can only see the "tick" sign.
I have tried it in Windows XP and it goes well.
Shall I change anything under configuration or is it a bug?
