Bug report

Hi people,
I would like to report a bug. Here is the story: I changed the case of the file name, for example the name was in upper case (FILE.EXE), then I changed it in lower case (file.exe), when I tried to commit it to server, no changes were detected, and when I refreshed, the name was returned to the previous state (upper case). My intention was to apply the change to the name of files.
