Context Menu does not work on Windows 7 PC when TortiseSVN 1.7.4 is installed

Hi,

We have installed TortiseSVN 1.7.4 is installed on Windows 7 PC, but context menu is not working. Then we have installed 1.7.0 freshly and worked well. Is there any issue with TortiseSVN 1.7.4?
