[Bug report] Problem with date not showing properly in file header

Hi.
I am experiencing the problem that the date in the date:-tag in the file
header is showing strange characters.
My locale is Swedish so I guess that may have something to do with the
issue.
An example may look like "Date: 2012-01-09 20:01:20 +0100 (må, 09 jan
2012)" which is really annoying since this is a python file and python
won't run the file if it looks like this in the header. Is there any
solution to this problem?
I am currently running the latest version of TortoiseSVN (1.7.4, 32 bit)
at Windows XP.
