Hi,

I had exactly the same problem and that was because I had another older version
of SVN software (SlikSVN xxx) installed having priority in the path.
You could check it from command line with the "path" command and verifying the
output. You must normaly have ONLY one "svn" string in the output.

I hope that's your case too.
