Bug: Folder not recognized as svn-folder in 1.7.3

Hi,

Upgraded my client to 1.7.3 yesterday. Didn't want to upgrade my repos. so
I went the "other way", commit everything, wipe my repos and
uninstall/install tsvn, checkout repos.
Worked like a charm until I realized that one folder that was checked out
wasn't recognized as a SVN folder.
Made a new checkout, still the same error.
Made a new checkout with a different name (from the name on the server),
still the same error.
Made a new checkout on a totally different place than on the server, still
the same error.
Finally i uninstalled 1.7.3 and installed 1.7.2 and It worked like it
should.

Folder structure:

Project/Main <---- Repo that works as it
should in 1.7.3
Project/Main/Releases/2.6/2.6.x <---- Repo that is the problematic one
in 1.7.3

Os specs: Win7 Proffesional x64
TSVN: 1.7.3 x64
