I have encountered this same error, too. Upgraded from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3 just this morning; was working fine just beforehand. Fired up procmon, and oddly enough never saw any access denied entries in the log! Came to the mailing list and saw this, so at least I am not alone.

I'd build and debug myself, but I don't have VS2010 installed.

Strangely, I can open up the 'Check for modifications' and do diffs, but attempting 'Revert' dialog shows this error.

The gzipped logfile is around 1 mb so I've just uploaded it here instead of posting a huge attachment: http://adzm.net/tsvn/tsvn_access_denied_Logfile.PML.gz
