Powerdesk issue

When I install TortoiseSVN-1.7.3.22386-x64-svn-1.7.2.msi on my Windows 7 machine, I get the issue where I can not right click on the desktop. Explorer crashes when I do so. The issue is resolved when I uninstall TortoiseSVN-1.7.3.22386-x64-svn-1.7.2.msi. I had an earlier version which I uninstalled with revo uninstaller and I reinstalled the newer version. It worked fine until the newer one.

I saw the issue in the faq located: http://tortoisesvn.net/faq.html#powerdesk which states "The explorer crashes on every right-click on a folder with PowerDesk installed.

This is a bug in PowerDesk. You have to install a patch from their website to fix this issue. Go to http://kb.avanquestusa.com and then search for the article named "PowerDesk crashes when right-clicking on some files and folders"."

However that website is no longer available. I am unable to find anything stating this issue at avanquestusa.com. Should I try contacting Avanquest software? I am unsure of what version of powerdesk this issue is for since it does not show up in my installed programs. Thank you.
