1.7.2 Switch Window showing URL encoded path in To path box

Hi,

I originally logged the URL encoding bug in the switch window in 1.7.0, 1.7.1 and have confirmed the recent build has fixed most of the problem. The only issue I see now is that when the working copy is on a branch with spaces in it, if you open the switch dialog, the To path: text is defaulted to the URL encoded path of the working copy. It would be great if this could be decoded as well. See attached.
