Title Bar not updating with currently viewed repository

There is an issue with the latest release of TortoiseSVN where the
title bar in the Repo Browser does not update to reflect the URL
currently being viewed. This could easily cause user confusion if
they assumed they were looking at different URL instead of what is
actually being viewed. Below are the steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Repo Browser and navigate to repository, you will see the
URL in the title bar of the Repo browser.
2. In the URL textbox, enter a URL to a different repository and and
visit the repository. Notice the URL in the title bar is still
showing the first repository visited, not the currently viewed
repository.

Using TortoiseSVN 1.7.2, Build 22327 on Windows 7
