[BUG] Tree not shown within repo browser when parent path is forbidden

Hi,
I found in version 1.7.1 problem with browsing repository.
I'm working with repository where some parent folders are not accessible for me - repository which can I use starts womewhere in descendant path.
For example:
Server address http://oursvn.ourorganization.org/
My repository is on: http://oursvn.ourorganization.org/mydivision/myproject/myrepository
Access to mydivision and myproject is secured by http server, which returns 403 forbidden.

I this case Tortoise SVN client doesn't display tree properly - probably it tires to display whole tree from the beginnig: http://oursvn.ourorganization.org/
