No, these reports need to be sent by the users actually experiencing the
issue, since they may be asked to investigate further or provide more
details. Having one of the TSVN devs or experts in between is not efficient.
Usually, the issues uncovered are really purely SVN related, and only if
the investigation shows an active role for TSVN, then the discussion moves
back here (users at tortoisesvn dot tigris dot org).
And there are also TSVN experts that monitor the subversion lists if I am
not mistaken.
